Meet Tammy
I am a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) with the Yoga Alliance, Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), and an avid promoter of health and wellness.
I started practicing yoga in 2012 (self-taught) during graduate school as a method of stress relief, which quickly grew into a passion.
I’m passionate about promoting health and wellness in Black and other communities of color.
Yoga Classes
Stretch Classes
(In-person or Online)
In this class, we will focus on increasing flexibility and improving range of motion through a series of static and dynamic stretches. This class also serves as a great pre- or post-workout stretch.
60-Minute Yoga Classes
(In-person or Online)
In this class, we will explore the physical and mental practices of yoga through a series of postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation. The aim of this class is to help you improve your strength, flexibility, and balance while also calming the mind. All experience levels are welcome!
