Join us for Mindful Movement Yoga, a transformative yoga class that combines the power of Vinyasa flow, deep breathing, and guided meditation. This in-person event will take place on Sat March 29, 2025 9:45AM at RTW Creative Space (520 N Parramore Ave, Orlando, FL).

9:45 AM– Self-reflection exercise

10:00 AM– Yoga class begins

In this class, we will begin with a moment of brief self-reflection, allowing you to set an intention and turn your focus inward. You will be guided through a dynamic Vinyasa yoga sequence, incorporating a series of invigorating postures synchronized with the rhythm of your breath. The class will end with a guided meditation to help lead you to a place of inner peace and tranquility. This class strives to enhance strength and flexibility, alleviate stress, and promote a deeper mind-body connection.

Mindful Movement Yoga welcomes practitioners of all levels. Come join us as we move mindfully, breathe consciously, and journey within to discover the profound connection between your body, mind, and spirit!

Items recommended:
Yoga mat (or blanket, towel, etc)
Water
Comfortable clothing that will allow you to bend and stretch
Consider bringing yoga blocks, yoga straps, pillow, bolster, etc. for additional support if desired

Parking is conveniently available both at the venue and in the lot to the left of the building. Additionally, there are options for street parking nearby.
